Great Bronxville victory. so disappointed with somers. they did not come to play. And the somers coach halftime speech did not do much to motiviate.
The somers coach did not have a clue what was going on. 18 goals!!!! Bring on Yorktown!!!

Lots of feedback on the level competency of Somers coaching staff on Mike’s blog the last few weeks and by Mike himself. What’s the deal? Will there be a coaching change???
Somers has always had stud athletes. This covers up some of the deficits they have coaching. Coaches are OK, but not nearly as talented as their athletes make them seem.
Every year we here the same thing must be the Coaches they are so talented,why are they losing.Maybe they are just good athletes and not good lax players.Thats not coaches fault or kids thats just life.Its always been that way up there Football and Lax .When Coach D has a bad year we dont here it must be the Coaching,

i was thinking the same thing, why don’t they just put Coach D on the sidelines for lax too
coming on strong hen hud ? i like the optimism but i mean you lost to Put Val, squeaked by P’ville, squeaked by North Rock, lost to John Jay (not a bad thing) and finish with North Salem ? kinda tough to call that strong. Maybe you should say coming into sectionals fired up ?

Don’t come on here and make stuff up. Somers doesn’t need a new coach. Teams hit speed bumps from time to time. You’re dealing with kids who’ve got a lot on their minds at this point in the season. If you’re going to advocate for a new coach after every two-game losing streak, you might want to consider moving into the Katonah-Lewisboro school district so you can be closer to your peers.
