Here’s the latest version … and they seem to have a better grasp on what’s happening in Section 1 this week. I still think Yorktown deserves to be a little higher and Somers needs to get a nod. There’s no way to predict how the Class A teams in Section 1 rank – Lakeland/Panas beats Mahopac; Suffern beats Lakeland/Panas; Mahopac beat Suffern.
The records reflect games played through Monday.

I have a very hard time believing there are 7 teams in C better than Bronxville. Those kids kids can lax…
I am a Croton alum so its not a homer thing.
Bronxville may be better than their ranking but is probably penalized because their schedule seems light.
probably not a huge slight to Bronxville, they’re some VERY STRONG teams in there with Cazenovia, CSH, Pen Yan, CBA, SWR
I agree with hmmm, the teams ahead of Bronxville are all quality teams with long histories of playing strong lacrosse against strong teams from strong lacrosse beds. There is no shame being behind those teams.
The shame comes from the the lower section 1 C teams being rewarded solely on their records not on quality of their schedule. Something is missing as it relates to how they rank these teams. But in the end it really doesnt matter because it will all be settled in the playoffs. Pretenders will be pretenders and contenders will be contenders. It always washes out.
Whats BH stand for? Boo Hoo ?
His point could have been made better by noting that dobbs and Croton are probably the only teams on the entire list to not play another team on the list. I know they are the only section 1 teams to not play another ranked team
