A couple of minor rivalry games dot the schedule with White Plains and Mamaroneck providing the most interesting match-up. Dobbs Ferry is heading to Irvington and Bronxville is heading up the road to Scarsdale. I would be surprised if either of those games is close.
Hackley already has the Ivy League regular-season title, but the Hornets are going for 12 wins in a row against Poly Prep. It would’ve been nice to see that team play a couple of Section 1 mid-levels just for the sake of comparison.
I’m working on a couple of golf assignments today, but will be out again tomorrow, so please keep sending the scores along if you’re out watching. Tweet at me, too, and I’ll share the results.

Irvington Beat Dobbs Ferry today 11-10
can’t ask Mike to get Class C right, other than Bronxville and Pelham.
Dobbs falls to Irvington
who knows who is better out of Put Vall, Hen Hud, Dobbs, Croton, Bryam
off the top of my head Pelham beat Ossining who beat Croton in more recently and only lost to Bronxville twice
Dobbs lost to Irvington who Croton beat by about 10
Byram’s big wins are North Rock and Clark South
Put Valley beat Rye who beat Byram twice, Put Valley’s record not as good but they’ve lost to big schools L/P, Pac, Town, but they also lost to Dobbs (that win put Dobbs on the map)
Kennedy has a nice record puts up a lot of points but they play Lourdes, O’Neill, Peekskill, Carmel (they’re league is Haldane, North Salem, Peekskill, and themselves.. they dont play anyone else twice anyway) i dont know how many games Boces gives you but they only have Hen Hud for a decent non-league opponent so that schedule in front of them line seems bogus
had some good info on class C teams who beat who, but it didnt go through on this Blog AGAIN … done on here, big contributer on other sports blogs sick of this one and the crazy moderation setting
1. Bronxville
2. Pelham (only losses are to bronville)
3. Byram
everyone else lost to each other or something crazy (croton lost to Ossining who lost to Keio who croton beat and who beat Irvington-keio did and croton- irvington obviously just beat dobbs- dobbs beat put val- put val gonna beat croton-kennedy played no one but o’neill, lourdes, peekskill, and carmel and so on)
Pelham beats New Rochelle 11-3
wow dobbs almost lost to edgemont then lost to irvington and they think their such hot s#%*
Croton plays Keio tomorrow, a win = league
and then game Saturday against Put V- before playoffs
Should be good.
to the individual with the tag of dobbswho you must be a complete fool enough said
