Welcome to the stretch run.
There aren’t many games left, so any team that wants to grab a better seed has to string together some wins. Climbing the ladder is going to be very important in Class B, which is very deep. Winning an important game now could ultimately result in getting one more playoff game.
I’m finally heading down to Bronxville to see how Pelham does against the reigning Class C champions. There will be no shortage of intensity. It won’t be close, though, unless the Pelicans figured out a way to deal with Broncos FOGO standout Andrew Walsh.
Please keep us posted if you’re out watching a game, and follow my Twitter feed to get updates from the game I’m at. Tweet at me, too, and I’ll share the scores.

where is the bxville faceoff loser going for college?
You’re killin’ me, Mike.
Kennedy 16 Carmel 6
Kennedy is now 11-2
Bville fogo A. Walsh doing PG year at Westminster, considering D1 options
Croton has a strong team. Jesse Schulze face off man can go against anybody. They have a strong defense. Alex Starr has a rocket shot. Needs some polish but a team to be respected.
Dobbs Ferry gets no respect amongst the lacrosse crowd and that is sad. With only being a 2 year varsity program the DF program should be congratulated for doing so well over the past few years from modified to JV to Varsity. For all of you who forgot they beat to date Putnam Valley a team that is thought of highly correct. The past Pehlam game was a tough game but remember they lost by 2 goals not a blow out. They also didnt have their best defensive player who is out with an injury at full speed. If this kid was in the game would have had a different outcome. As for on the so called bubble that is fine as Dobbs will go far in the playoffs.
They were ranked in the top 5 over teams that were undefeated at the time
