Sad news from the Empire State Games

Joel Schwartz, a 72-year-old swimmer from Nyack, died last night while competing in the Masters 1,500-meter swimming competition.

Schwartz is the first athlete and third person to die in the 31-year history of the Games.

My congratulation with first place in overall count on Olympic Games. Volleyball team was the best!
