    Rye final?

  3. LAX

Any JJ updates please or on the B LI game?

  4. OldTimer

    Rocky Point 1-0

  5. lov'n lax

6-1 John Jay in the 2nd – just got the call from the field. Not much of a game. Looking to catch the Section I train to Hofstra bright and early with the Yorktown boys and the Rye boys. Go Section I.

  6. LAX

GJ JJ, thanks for the updates guys. Right now I'm more interested in who JJ plays in the state semis than on the JJ game right now. OldTimer's link provides updates.

"Garden City's Dan Savage sticks one with 2:45 left in the first. Score is tied, 1-1."

Looks like it'll be a good game.

  7. Re-Lax

Any other update on LI games?

  8. Syracuse

    Rocky Point 2-1 (late 2nd)

  9. Syracuse

    Rocky Point 2-1 (half)

  10. Syracuse

Rocky Point 4-3 (5 to go in 3rd)

  11. LAX

"Tom Palasek scored on a run from the right across crease. Rocky Point up 4-3 with 5:30 left."

The Palasek's are almost single-handedly beating GC right now, Tom has 3 of the 4 and an assist to his brother Matt for the other goal.

  12. Syracuse

    Palasek 5, GC 3 (late 3)

  13. LAX

"Palasek scored on a low shot to make it 5-3 with 3:32 left."

This guy Tom Palasek is sick, scoring 4 and 1 so far against the great GC defense. His brother has the other goal.

  14. LAX

"Dan Savage scores low and then gets hit by te Rocky Poin defense. Rocky Point leads 5-4 with 20 seconds left in the third.

Th Rocky Points defense is being very physical with Rocky Point right now, especially around the crease. "

This is getting interesting… I'm guessing their was a typo in the 2nd paragraph, not very good typing lol.

  15. Syracuse

Palasek 5, GC 4 (last minute of 3rd)

  16. LAX

"GOAL—Defender Justin Annunziato scores to increase Rocky Points lead to 6-4 wth 9:41 left."

I was a little surprised when I saw Rocky Point next to a name that's not Palasek.

  17. LAX

"Will Fuller rolls in a rebound. Rocky Poin leads 6-5 with 9:19 left."

This is exciting, I'm loving my refresh button right now.

  18. LAX

"GOAL—Savage works his way passed a defender on the left side to tie the score at 6 with 2:30 left."

  19. Syracuse

    WOW. 6-6.

  20. LAX

"GOAL—Tom Palasek scores with eight seconds left and Francis McDonough scores with a second left to tie it at 7."

    OMG!

  21. LAX

    OT

  22. Syracuse

    Seriously, that is just unbelievable

  23. LAX

    Double Overtime—
Rocky Point cleared out for Palasek who missed three shots.

  24. LAX

Garden City wins the faceoff and calls time out.

  25. LAX

"Billy McGee makes a point blank save on Brendan Carroll."

McGee is on RP and I hear both goalies playing very well. Such an exciting game I wish I was there.

  26. LAX

"Tom Palasek hits Matt Palasek on the crease for the game winner. Rocky Point wins 8-7 in double overtime."

Absolutely incredible. I guess you were right Syracuse, Rocky Point is Legit, and the Palasek's dominate.

Game plan for JJ – Stop the Palasek brothers.

  27. Syracuse

Rocky Point wins 8-7 in 2OT. Palaseks account for every goal, shot and assist … probably

  28. Slacrosse

Over—RP win 8-7 Palaesek toi Palesek for winner in crease

  29. LAX

One goal was by Defender Justin Annunziato, the only RP names I've seen besides him are the Palaseks.
