Guys and coaches worked at extreme level of intensity to prepare for game. Rix played great and once rye adjusted to J's cutters J's offense became more "ordinary"(realtively speaking). Rye's offence not overly pressured and fans and I'm sure players felt confident Rye could score vs J (There was some concern that Coach Savastano who was about 10 yards into the field for most of the game might join J's offense!!) I've cheered FOR and seen Drew win or almost single handily win games for Jay (Manhassat game) but Rye handled he,Bocklet and others. Granelli's won most of 1st half faceoffs but in 2nd half he started fouling on a few and when he and McCormack collasped, think Rye won most of those face-offs. J brought in other smaller guys + Bocklet and think McCormack won most of these. Aside from being one of most dominant face-off guys in section McCormack's also great on ground balls (only a soph).
