One of my favorite lines is “You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.”
It’s really true.
And frankly, the last few days have been a bit strange. Because, in addition to producing and editing the content for this blog, I really do enjoy reading it too  usually several times throughout the day.
As you know, because of technical difficulties, the blogs here at LoHud.com were out of commission the last few days.
During that time, I received a lot of e-mail messages and some calls as well. Nearly all were understanding in tone, but still filled with equal parts frustration. And understandably so.
Here’s a portion of an e-mail I received this morning:
“Just wanted to send you a note to let you know there is now a void in my daily ritual of checking favorite websites. I really enjoy Lax to the Max and I know that lacrosse fans in Section 1 are lucky to have such exceptional coverage throughout the year. This technical issue must be a doozie! Keep up the good work.”
We’re sorry about the problems we had the last few days. And I want to thank you for your persistence and patience as well. We do have a few plug-ins that still need to be restored, but we hope that we’re now back up and running for good.
We’re glad to be back.
